Evaluation Process

The Commonwealth Competition Council's five-step evaluation process uses government-wide assessment to determine if functions can be streamlined, improved or eliminated. Activities that are identified as making good business sense for government can become competitive sourcing candidates. Activities not eligible for competitive sourcing are subject to internal reengineering to increase their productivity and reduce costs.
